Hi, I'm Paula, author-illustrator of children's books, proud mother of three, and lover of our natural world.
I grew up on the Reservation of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai tribes of Montana, moving to Nevada after receiving a BA in graphic design. I've worked in advertising, as a substitute teacher, artist in residence at local schools, and a story time reader for one of my favorite bookstores. My work received a PBParty Honorable Mention, I'm a member of several kid lit organizations and I love working with my critique partners.
